Part of IronWatch. This notice supplements the IronWatch Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal information across the suite — including subprocessors, international transfers, security, your rights under GDPR and CCPA, and the fact that we do not sell or share your personal information. This page describes what PingWatch specifically collects and how long it is kept.

What PingWatch collects

• Monitor configuration: your check definitions, expected schedules, and grace periods.
• Ping data: ping events, timing data, and the alert history we record when an expected ping is late or missing.
• Account and usage data as described in the IronWatch Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Ping events are retained according to your plan tier: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, and 1 year on Pro. Monitor configuration is retained until you delete it or close your account.
